Public Records Request
The Washington State Leadership Board (WSLB) offers a Public Records Request Form for individuals seeking to access public documents; Your request must be made in writing and sent to the WSLB.
Submit your request using the request form below:
Fees: Per RCW 42.56.120 there is no fee for inspecting public records, but WSLB may charge a fee for the actual costs of copying the records.

What Records Are Public?
A public record is any state or local record relating to:
The conduct of government; or
The performance of a governmental function
And which is:
Prepared;
Used; or
Retained by any state or local agency.
The record may be in a variety of forms such as:
Writing;
A recording;
A picture;
An electronic disk;
A magnetic tape; or
Email.
