The Washington State Leadership Board (WSLB) is proud to open nominations for the prestigious Washington Leadership Awards, celebrating outstanding contributions to our state. This year, we invite you to nominate individuals and organizations that embody the spirit of service, community impact, and WSLB’s leadership framework.
Nomination Cycle: August 1st, 9:00 a.m. (PST) – September 30th, 5:00 p.m. (PST)
Award Categories:
Washingtonian of the Year: Recognizing a resident’s lifetime of service and positive impact in Washington.
Washington Organization of the Year: Honoring an organization’s significant contributions to their community.
Legacy of Service Award: Celebrating a recently deceased or retired individual’s lifelong service.
Justice for All Award: Acknowledging profound advancements in social justice and equality.
Emerging Leader Award: Applauding young leaders making a difference in their schools and community.
Eligibility and Nomination Process
Nominations are open to all who meet the specific award criteria outlined in our WA Leadership Award Nomination Form.

The nomination cycle is open throughout August 1st, at 9:00 a.m. (PST) – September 30th 5:00 p.m. (PST).
